Maybe it is that you want more meaningful relationships, or you are tired of feeling stuck by anxiety or stress. Or you want to let go of worry and be less consumed by stress produced by your job, relationship or by general every day worries. If any of these apply to you, then please read on.

My approach to therapy is integrative and it involves a combination of techniques focusing both, on the mind and body. It uses self-centered analytical psychology, mindfulness and/or cognitive hypnotherapy. It explores lifestyle choices such as diet, sleep, exercise and their unique relationship with one's mental health. It relies on perceptual, behavioral, and communication techniques to make it easier for my clients to change their thoughts and actions.
I am particularly experienced in helping individuals with:
•work related difficulties
•experiencing relationship difficulties
•experiencing anxiety or stress related issues
•poor health and well-being choices
•coping with grief or trauma
•suffering from poor self-confidence, shyness
•fears and phobias
However, I am particularly experienced and passionate about working with clients who need more guidance around weight related issues and personal or work related relationships.

As your coach, you will be helped to discover what strengths and resources you have within yourself that make you a unique and a more confident person.
I work with both individuals, couples and organisations on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period, to enable my clients to enhance their life and to live it more fully. My practice is in the heart of Richmond (South West London, Kew area) within a few meters away from Richmond Underground Station.
