What to expect from your personal counsellor?
In its essence, during our time together you will be in an environment in which you can talk freely, explore areas in your life that drag you down, and finally – get help and find a solution to your problems. Counselling/Life Coaching is a tool that helps you achieve more clarity and confidence in your life.
Through working with me, you can become more successful in your life as you will be fully supported and mentored. As your counsellor you will be helped to discover what strengths and resources you have within yourself that makes you unique and a more confident person.

My practice is in the heart of Richmond (South West London, Kew area) within a few meters away from Richmond Underground Station.
“Daniela really helped me dramatically change the ways in which I perceived myself and the misconceptions embedded in me as I was growing up. She took the time to demonstrate that I have more in me than I previously thought of myself. In particular, she was able to help me remove some outdated believes about myself substituting them for more clearer and better ones. I found this combination of empathy and robust testing of my negative perceptions immensely helpful. Our sessions resulted in my feeling much better at work, building up the confidence to successfully apply for a new job (which would have been unimaginable before I started therapy) and to take important strides forward in my relationship.”
