A warm welcome! I believe that poor mental health affects all of us every day. Whether we’re experiencing difficulties in our lives, know someone who is going through a rough patch, our mental wellbeing changes and deserves our utmost attention.

At my private practice Richmond Mind & Body, I have helped many individuals make a positive difference to their lives as their counsellor and mentor. Whether you have anxiety, struggle will poor self-esteem, or weight loss, face the challenges of a personal relationship, have difficulties coping with work and colleagues, or at home, I am here to help.




Approach

My approach to therapy is integrative/holistic and it involves a combination of techniques focusing both, on the mind and body. It uses self-centered analytical psychology, mindfulness and/or cognitive hypnotherapy. It explores lifestyle choices such as diet, sleep, exercise. It looks into one's emotional state like mood, stress and anxiety. It also examines the social aspect of life such as one's family and social life. We then go onto exploring your physical status like pain, aches and tension in the body. We will also look into your intellectual, spiritual and occupational areas of life and their unique relationship with your mental health. It relies on perceptual, behavioral, and communication techniques, also knowns as NLP, to make it easier for my clients to change their thoughts and actions.


I am particularly experienced in helping individuals and couples with:

• Relationship difficulties-individuals going through separation, divorce, marital problems
• Experiencing anxiety or stress related issues
• Poor health and well-being choices
• Coping with grief or trauma
• Suffering from poor self-confidence, shyness
• Childhood traumas
• Work related challenges
• LGBTQ and issues of gender and identity

Our Sessions

During our time together you will be in an environment in which you can talk freely, explore areas in your life that drag you down, and finally – get help and find a solution to your problems. Through working with me, you will become more fulfilled in your life as you will be fully supported and mentored. As your coach, I will help you discover what strengths and resources you have within yourself that make you a unique and a more confident person.

I work with both individuals, couples and organizations on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period, to enable my clients to enhance their life and to live it more fully. My practice is in the heart of Richmond (South West London, Kew area) within a few meters away from Richmond Underground Station.
