Mental health affects all of us every day. Whether we’re experiencing difficulties in our lives, know someone who is going through problems, our mental wellbeing changes and deserves our utmost attention.
At Richmond Mind & Body, we care about you and your well being. Thankfully, there are many ways to get help. We understand that people face different challenges on a daily basis. Whether you feel stressed, low or depressed, struggle will self-confidence, face the challenges of a personal relationship, have difficulties coping with work and colleagues, we are here to help.
My approach to therapy is integrative and it involves a combination of techniques focusing both, on the mind and body. It uses self-centered analytical psychology, mindfulness and/or cognitive hypnotherapy. It explores lifestyle choices such as diet, sleep, exercise and their unique relationship with one's mental health. It relies on perceptual, behavioral, and communication techniques to make it easier for my clients to change their thoughts and actions.
I am particularly experienced in helping individuals with:
• Work related challenges
• Relationship difficulties-individuals going through separation or divorce
• Experiencing anxiety or stress related issues
• Poor health and well-being choices
• Coping with grief or trauma
• Suffering from poor self-confidence, shyness
• Fears and phobias
If this is you, please do not hesitate to contact me.
In its essence, during our time together you will be in an environment in which you can talk freely, explore areas in your life that drag you down, and finally – get help and find a solution to your problems. Through working with me, you can become more successful in your life as you will be fully supported and mentored. As your coach, you will be helped to discover what strengths and resources you have within yourself that make you a unique and a more confident person.
I work with both individuals, couples and organisations on an open-ended basis or for an agreed period, to enable my clients to enhance their life and to live it more fully. My practice is in the heart of Richmond (South West London, Kew area) within a few meters away from Richmond Underground Station.
“Daniela helped me dramatically change the ways in which I perceived myself and the misconceptions embedded in me as I was growing up. She took the time to demonstrate that I have more in me than I previously thought of myself. In particular, she was able to help me remove some outdated believes about myself substituting them for more clearer and better ones. I found this combination of empathy and robust testing of my negative perceptions immensely helpful. Our sessions resulted in my feeling much better at work, building up the confidence to successfully apply for a new job (which would have been unimaginable before I started therapy) and to take important strides forward in my relationship.”
